Your address uses the PostalAddress type with streetAddress (house number and street), addressLocality (town or city), addressRegion (county — optional but useful for UK addresses), postalCode and addressCountry ("GB" for UK businesses).

Your telephone uses the telephone property formatted with international dialling code: "+44 1234 567890" not "01234 567890". This ensures Google can match it across international directory sources.
